Packing & Shipping Information

Packing Inspection

We meticulously inspect your teak furniture, making sure each part is perfect, then assemble it into a few large sections and pack it in a box that can ship via UPS or common carrier. It should take an average of 30 minutes to complete the assembly with a screwdriver, hammer and our clear, illustrated instructions. The shipping charge on flat packs is 12% of the merchandise total. Several Wood Classics products are not available as flat packs and must be purchased as either kits or fully assembled, and ship via UPS or common carrier. The shipping charge remains at 12%


Assembled

We will be more than happy to assemble your furniture for you. You may pick it up at our showroom in Burlington, Ontario, or choose to have it delivered via our Gold Delivery Service.
